Shipping
Can you ship to my state or country?
Currently, we are only shipping in California, Connecticut, Florida, Idaho, Louisiana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Virginia, West Virginia, Wyoming
What are my shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary based off of quantity ordered and delivery destination. For a shipping estimation, simply add the items to your cart. Before clicking "proceed to checkout" on the shopping cart page, you can utilize the shipping estimator located at the bottom left of the page.
Do I have to be available to sign for my package upon delivery?
We understand that it may be inconvenient to sign for your package, but under strict laws we are REQUIRED to collect an adult signature upon delivery. This requirement can NOT be waived. The shipping carrier will make three attempts to deliver your package, after 3 attempts they will return the package to us. After your first or second attempt you are able to contact the delivery carrier and request to have the item held for pickup at the local station if that is more convenient for you.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
No. We do require a physical address for all shipments.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
As stated in our shipping policy, we require 2-4 business days for the processing of most orders. This does not include shipping time. This is regardless of shipping method, though we do try to prioritize our overnight and 2-day orders.
My package was damaged during shipment, what do I do now?
Please contact us as soon as possible via email with picture of the damage item/s for additional information.
Can you guarantee the order will be delivered by a specific date?
Unfortunately, we can not guarantee a specific delivery date because all shipping is done through a third-party company.
Do you offer any free shipping?
Currently we do not offer free shipping on the any product. But we are working with our third-party shipper to start the free shipping on selected products.

What is the status of my order?

How do I know what size product I'm ordering?
When searching the beverage menu, the size of each item is listed in bold font at the end of the item name. We've included a break-down of average industry sizing to better assist you below:
o 1.75L - large size bottle, also may be known as a "handle" or "half gallon"
o 1.5L - used for wine, is twice as much as average wine bottle
o 750ml - average bottle size used for most liquors & wines, also may be known as a "fifth"
o 375ml - half-sized bottle, may also be known as a "pint"
o 200ml - small bottle equivalent to approximately 4 shots, may also be known as a "half-pint"
o 187ml - used for wine, known as a "mini bottle" (less than 4 shots)
o 50ml - one shot miniature bottles
How can I place a corporate order?

Can I add items to my existing order?
At this time we are unable to add additional items to existing orders, but we may be able to substitute an existing item on the order with an alternate item.

What types of payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept the following major credit cards:

Will my card be charged as soon as I place my order?
Your card will be charged only when there is shipping information sent out to the email address provided by the customers.
Returns
What is your return policy?
All SALES ARE FINAL. Once an order has been received/confirmed/paid there is a NO REFUND POLICY. Only if we fail to fulfill and ship your order within 30-days does it qualify for refund. In the unusual event damaged items will also qualify for full replacement, credit or refund. We will require appropriate photographs of damaged/broken bottles with the bottle caps still sealed/intact as an evidence to process replacement, credit or refund. If in the unusual event you do experience a problem with your order please contact us for replacement within 3-days of receipt of delivery. Additionally we may require the return of unopened/damaged bottles. We may offer a replacement, discount, refund, or an account credit to be used for a later store purchase.

My order was canceled, why didn't I get a refund?
If the order is canceled prior tracking number issued than as stated above card was not charged. If the order is canceled after the tracking number is issued then refund will is processed within 1-2 business day and it may take up to 5 business days to receive the money back to the bank account or credit card.
How long do refunds take?
Once your returned product arrives to us, a refund will be processed within 1-2 business days.
