Return Policy
All SALES ARE FINAL. Once an order has been received/confirmed/paid there is a NO REFUND POLICY. Only if we fail to fulfill and ship your order within 30-days does it qualify for refund. In the unusual event damaged items will also qualify for full replacement, credit or refund. We will require appropriate photographs of damaged/broken bottles with the bottle caps still sealed/intact as an evidence to process replacement, credit or refund. If in the unusual event you do experience a problem with your order please contact us for replacement within 3-days of receipt of delivery. Additionally we may require the return of unopened/damaged bottles. We may offer a replacement, discount, refund, or an account credit to be used for a later store purchase.
Please keep in mind that we will do our best to help serve you better.
In the event that you have to return the merchandise as a result of our error, please re-pack the items in its original shipped packing to ensure safe return. Upon arrival at the greatbaywine.com warehouse all returned items are inspected. You will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise and all shipping charges.
